- On-line registration is for individuals only. Groups must register by mail as in the past. Any individual who wishes to register and pay on-line will be guaranteed a spot in their camp of choice, however, you will also be required to complete an actual registration form and mail it along with your medical form to Baptist Camp 2010, PO Box 1019, Parkersburg, WV 26102 before May 31 or Baptist Camp 2010, PO Box 548, Cowen, WV 26206 after May 31. This will give us important information we need that is not listed on the on-line registration form. We must have all required and completed paperwork in order to mail out Cowen confirmations.

PARENTS PLEASE CALL 1-800-754-1549 TO CHECK FOR OPENINGS BEFORE REGISTERING YOUR CHILD FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CAMPS IF THE DATE YOU ARE REGISTERING IS TWO WEEKS OR LESS BEFORE THE ACTUAL START DATE OF THE CAMP.

the camper's name, birthdate and gender in the
