Jim and his wife, Susan, live 9 miles north of Lewisburg on Rt. 219 off I-64 at Frankford (which was one of West Virginia's first settlements in the Greenbrier Valley) on Noah's Ark Farm where they raise miniature exotic animals and enjoy vegetable and flower gardening.

Called to the WV Baptist Convention staff as area minister in November 2001, Jim serves the:
Greenbrier Raleigh Association (21 churches in Greenbrier, Pocahontas, Monroe, Raleigh, Summers, and Mercer counties),
Rockcastle Association (25 churches in Wyoming, McDowell, Mercer, and Logan counties)
Fayette Association (9 churches in Fayette County)
Hopewell Association (36 churches in Fayette, Nicholas, Greenbrier & Webster Counties)
He is available for preaching, singing, Christian coaching, evangelical revivals, pastoral pulpit and search committee consultation, Christian conflict resolution, and discipleship workshop ministries in these and any WVBC church as his schedule will allow.
