Having been a “preacher’s kid,” Ginny was raised in church all her life.  So, it just comes naturally to be of service to the church and mostly to the Lord.  Ginny began working as the receptionist for the West Virginia Baptist Convention January 5, 1996.  When Pat Hess decided to retire in 2001, Ginny moved into the position she has now as the Administrative Assistant to the Executive Minister.  What a privilege and blessing to be able to serve the greater Baptist family of the West Virginia Baptist Convention.  Ginny is the one who provides support to the Executive Committee and Board, Nominating Committee, Annual Meeting Program Committee, sends out the mass E-Prayers each week, among many other things in the office.  In 2009, she was called to be the Director of Music for Baptist Temple, Parkersburg.  Ginny and Darron are both very involved in their local church.  Ginny and Darron have two sons: David and Donnie; and 3 grandchildren: Sophi, Lexi and Daniel.  In her spare time, Ginny loves to sing and spend time with family.  Ginny would not be where she is today, if not for the love of God and His mercy and grace on her life.  Praise be to the Lord!
